On the evening of July 30, Xi'an Xianyang International Airport issued important tips for epidemic prevention and control. In order to implement the requirements of the provincial and municipal epidemic prevention and control work in the near future, and further improve the management and control of personnel returning to Shaanxi from domestic risk areas and key areas, the joint command of epidemic prevention and control of Xi'an Xianyang Airport has studied and decided to implement the following policies from 0:00 on August 1, 2021, and now we remind a wide range of passengers:
Regulations on boarding with certificates
Passengers from medium and high risk areas and cities (including 14 days' living history) who come to Shaanxi by plane must have a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours. Under special circumstances, those who do not hold nucleic acid test certificate shall cooperate with the staff to conduct nucleic acid test on the spot at the airport after landing.
Relevant regulations on arrival inspection
Xi'an Xianyang Airport sets up an inspection work area in the domestic arrival area of the terminal to scan the code and measure the temperature of all passengers coming to Shaanxi. Please prepare in advance and actively cooperate.
Relevant regulations on diversion control
Aircraft control flight
For flights from Hunan Zhangjiajie Airport and Guizhou Tongren Airport to Shaanxi, all passengers need to be picked up by the destination city and the districts and counties of Xi'an City. According to the relevant provisions of the risk level, they should be isolated for medical observation or home isolation for 14 days, and multiple rounds of nucleic acid testing should be carried out as required.
Key controlled flights
For flights from Suqian, Jiangsu, Chengdu, Mianyang, Yibin, Liaoning, Shenyang, Dalian, Dehong, Yunnan and other cities in other medium and high risk areas to Shaanxi, the staff shall check the nucleic acid test certificate, "Xi'an One Code Access" and travel card before departure, and handle them according to the following procedures:
1. Red and yellow code passengers and overseas element passengers shall voluntarily declare that they will be picked up by the city where the passenger destination is located and the districts and counties of Xi'an City. According to the relevant provisions on the degree of risk, they will be isolated for medical observation or home isolation for 14 days, and multiple rounds of nucleic acid testing will be carried out as required.
2. Green code passenger: normal passage.
Other domestic flights
The airport epidemic prevention staff will check the "Xi'an One Code Access" in the inspection area after arriving at the terminal in China, and deal with it according to the following procedures:
1. Red and yellow code passengers and overseas element passengers shall voluntarily declare passengers: they shall be picked up by the city where the passenger travels, and the districts and counties of Xi'an City. According to the relevant provisions on the degree of risk, they shall be isolated for medical observation or home isolation for 14 days, and multiple rounds of nucleic acid testing shall be carried out as required.
2. Green code passenger: normal passage.
In addition, the elderly and children who are unable to provide Xi'an Yimaitong and travel cards shall be registered manually and disposed by category.
