The meeting reported the preparations for the 11th Paralympic Games and the 8th Special Olympics in terms of venue facilities, competition organization, large-scale activities, information technology, event guarantee, market development, and atmosphere building, as well as the General Policy for Participating Delegations of the 11th National Paralympic Games and the 8th Special Olympics Guidelines for Epidemic Prevention and Control of Participating Delegations in the 11th National Paralympic Games and the 8th Special Olympics. Liaison officers of all delegations communicated on relevant general policy issues.

The meeting stressed that it is necessary to further deepen the understanding of the significance of hosting the Paralympic Games, clarify the tasks and objectives, carefully prepare for the competition, attach great importance to the competition style and discipline, and strictly abide by all disciplines.
