In the afternoon of March 12, 2024, the School of Economics and Management invited Yu Yaguang, the Deputy Secretary of the University Commission for Discipline Inspection, the Director of the Commission Office for Discipline Inspection and the Director of the Supervision Department, to preach the Regulations of the Communist Party of China on Disciplinary Punishment in Sidong 821 Conference Room, as the learning arrangement of the theoretical center group of the College Party Committee, and as the centralized education and training of cadres and party members. Li Tong, Secretary of the Party Committee of the College, presided over the meeting. More than 90 people, including members of the college team, members of the Party Committee, secretary of the teaching and administrative branch, members of the discipline inspection committee, and key members of teachers and students, attended the meeting.

In the report, Yu Yaguang, in combination with the 2023 revision of the Regulations, "adhere to the guidance of theory, take the word 'strict' first, and drive all disciplines to be fully strict with strict political discipline", "adhere to the problem orientation, keep pace with the times, so as to make the ideas and measures for managing the party and governing the party more scientific, rigorous and effective" and "adhere to systematic thinking, scientific legislation, and promote discipline and law enforcement and improve governance across the board" The three distinctive features, comparing the old and new texts, based on the reality of colleges and universities, and supplemented by typical cases, explained the key content and main spirit of the Regulations in simple terms. She also explained the work responsibilities of the discipline inspection committee of the Party branch, and encouraged everyone to learn, know, observe and observe discipline, and keep the bottom line of discipline.

Li Tong pointed out in his summing up speech that the report has prominent focus and rich connotation, which has enabled everyone to have a comprehensive understanding of the contents of the Regulations, defined the bottom line that cannot be touched, and has guiding significance for strengthening personal discipline awareness and doing a good job in branch discipline inspection. She stressed that all teachers and students, especially leading cadres, should remember that their first identity is party members, know how to fear, be wary, and keep the bottom line, take the lead in observing rules and disciplines in all aspects, strive to be outstanding party members, and make their own contributions to promoting the development of the college.
