According to the requirements of the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Pre defense of the Doctoral Dissertation of the School of Economics and Management of Beijing Jiaotong University (SYT [2024] No. 1), the pre defense of the doctoral dissertation of our hospital is organized by the tutor and managed by the college in a unified way. See the following for relevant descriptions.
I Pre defense requirements
1. All students in Annex 3 have passed the examination and approval. Please conduct the pre defense according to the date, time and place in the Application for Pre defense of Doctoral Dissertation. The supervisor must be present. The secretary teacher will arrive at the pre defense room before the start of the pre defense.
2. Materials required for pre defense site:
(1) Paper version dissertation: 6, one of which is for students' own use.
(2) Effective academic papers in hard copy: 5 sets.
(3) Paper version of pre reply opinion: A4 printed on one side.
(4) Oral defense PPT: students report and answer questions in the way of thesis oral defense, and the report time is not less than 30 minutes.
II After the pre defense, submit the following materials until six month sixteen day
1. Electronic degree papers, valid academic papers: examples of document naming methods~2019999 three degree papers, 20119999 three academic papers 120119999 three academic papers 2, submitted to Teacher Du's mailbox yxdu@bjtu.edu.cn 。
2. Paper version of pre defense opinion: the pre defense opinion sealed by the college shall be submitted to SD502.
3、 Pre defense pass publicity and subsequent academic links
1. The list of students who have passed the pre defense will be publicized by the Graduate Department on the college's official website, and only those who have passed the pre defense can carry out related work such as the submission of this dissertation for approval.
2. Thesis similarity test: June 27-28.
3. Submission of paper papers for review: July 1.
4、 Pre defense fee
The pre defense fee is 1800 yuan per student before tax, and it is planned to enter the student bank card at the end of June.
