According to the requirements of the spirit of the special conference on graduate student dropout (YJ [2020] No. 9), the Provisions on Doctoral Dissertation Defense and Degree Application of Beijing Jiaotong University (JF [2020] No. 38) and the Notice on Strengthening the Quality Management of Doctoral Dissertations (YT [2021] No. 108), we hereby notify the following matters related to the electronic registration of graduate diploma in the summer of 2024.
1. It is expected that graduate students who have completed the oral defense in June will go to Xinnet as soon as possible（ www.chsi.com.cn ） Check your personal information. If you lack educational photos, please go to "China Photo Society" to collect them as soon as possible, and five Month 24th The full page paper photos and electronic photos were handed over to Mr. Ke Du (Sidong Room 502), a graduate student of economics and management.
2． seven Before May 5 ： Full time master graduates who have not graduated in June and have reached the maximum length of schooling can apply for graduation if they meet the conditions according to the relevant provisions of the Regulations on the Management of the Cultivation Process of Academic Master Graduates of Beijing Jiaotong University and the Regulations on the Management of the Cultivation Process of Professional Master Graduates of Beijing Jiaotong University. Graduate students who have been approved by the Academic Degrees Committee of the College Beijing Jiaotong University Graduate Graduation Application Review Form (one copy), Beijing Jiaotong University Graduate Graduation Approval Materials (two copies) and Completion of Graduation Application Thesis (One copy) ； Those who have not applied for graduation will be treated as quitting 。

5. Before July 1 Thesis submitted for approval For 2017 level direct doctoral students and 2018 level doctoral students who have reached the maximum length of schooling (6 years), the electronic registration of academic certificates will be delayed to September. See the Notice on Strengthening the Quality Management of Doctoral Dissertations (YT [2021] No. 108) for the requirements for anonymous submission of doctoral dissertations for approval. If the dissertation is submitted for review and passed the defense before September 19, and it meets the graduation requirements after being reviewed by the Academic Degrees Subcommittee of the College, the graduation procedures shall be handled; Those who fail to pass the examination shall go through the completion procedures.
