1. PPT, 5-10 minutes for personal statement, including:

1) Phased summary of dissertation work (including theoretical research, experimental research and preliminary conclusions obtained)

2) Problems existing or expected in the dissertation

3) Work plan for the next step of dissertation work

4) Publication of academic papers

2. Dissertations and academic papers (both A4 double-sided printing):

1) Thesis: 4, one of which is for recording the suggestions of defense experts.

2) All academic papers: 3 sets of photocopies, which must include the cover, content and body of the journal. If it is an EI conference or ISTP conference, the library's search report must also be issued.

3. Interim checklist: 1 copy. See the appendix for the template. The instructor needs to sign before the defense, otherwise he cannot participate in the defense.

Bind them together according to the order of degree papers and academic papers. Each student will be bound as one book, and the order of defense will be indicated in the upper left corner.

Follow up arrangements for defense: only those students who pass the mid-term examination can have a pre defense.
