In view of the problem that RT Mart Jinan "Provincial Expo" store (Jinan Jingshi Road RT Mart Commercial Co., Ltd. The relevant information is hereby notified as follows:

According to the investigation, the company's sales of corrupt pork and its products have a very bad impact, seriously endangering people's lives and health, and violating the provisions of Article 34 of the Food Safety Law. False publicity in business activities violates Article 8 of the Anti unfair Competition Law.

On August 28, Jinan Municipal Market Supervision Bureau issued a decision on administrative punishment to Jinan Jingshi Road RT Mart Commercial Co., Ltd. and relevant personnel according to law. Warn the company, confiscate 17944.18 yuan of illegal income, confiscate relevant meat products, impose a fine of 1371486.8 yuan, and confiscate a total of 1389430.98 yuan, and order it to correct its illegal behavior. Five relevant management personnel were fined 926552.95 yuan in total.

At the same time, the food safety risk level of Jingshilu RT Mart Commercial Co., Ltd. was adjusted from Level A to Level D (the highest level), which was included in the key regulatory objects, the company's relevant honorary titles were revoked, and the company was included in the list of serious illegal and dishonest enterprises, and the company was subject to joint punishment for dishonesty according to law and regulations.

In the future, Jinan Municipal Market Supervision Bureau will draw inferences from one instance, carry out special inspections in food production, circulation, catering, special food and other links, strictly investigate illegal acts in accordance with the law, and strive to create a food safety environment that reassures citizens.
