Original title: Sichuan plans to adjust the minimum wage standard

Good news, Sichuan Province is going to adjust the minimum wage standard again! On May 22, the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Sichuan Province issued a related announcement, publishing the Sichuan Minimum Wage Standard Adjustment Plan (Draft for Comments) (hereinafter referred to as the Draft for Comments), and welcomed comments and suggestions from all sectors of society on this adjustment plan.

According to the draft, the minimum wage standard of Sichuan Province is proposed to be adjusted as follows——

1. Suggestions on adjusting the monthly minimum wage standard.

   The current monthly minimum wage standard is proposed to be adjusted from three grades to two grades, with the first grade adjusted to 2330 yuan and the second grade adjusted to 2200 yuan.

2. Suggestions on adjusting the minimum hourly wage standard for part-time employment.

   Corresponding to the monthly minimum wage standard, the current hourly minimum wage standard for part-time employment is proposed to be adjusted from three levels to two levels, the first level to 23 yuan, and the second level to 22 yuan.

It is understood that the minimum wage standard includes "three insurances and one fund" (endowment insurance, unemployment insurance, medical insurance and housing provident fund) paid by individual workers.

The minimum wage does not include the following items: overtime wages; Allowances for special working conditions such as middle shift, night shift, high temperature, low temperature, underground, toxic and harmful or special working environment; Non wage labor insurance benefits stipulated by laws, regulations, rules and policies; Non monetary subsidies paid by employers to workers.

Even if the user unit provides food and accommodation for workers, the wages paid to workers shall not be lower than the local minimum wage standard.

The Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Sichuan Province also solicited opinions from the society on the adjustment plan of Sichuan Province's 2024 enterprise salary guideline——

According to the theoretical calculation, and in combination with the changes of indicators such as the consumption price index of urban residents in Sichuan Province, per capita disposable income, and the annual regional economic growth rate, through comprehensive balance, the base line of enterprise monetary wage growth in Sichuan Province in 2024 is proposed to be 6%, 9% for the online and 3% for the offline.
