On May 21, the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Sichuan Province released the recruitment announcement of the "three supports and one support" plan for college graduates in 2024, comprehensively launching the annual "three supports and one support" plan recruitment.

In 2024, the province plans to recruit 3137 new college graduates to the grass-roots level for two years to provide services such as supporting education, agriculture, medicine and rural revitalization (including 557 teachers, 1012 farmers, 696 doctors and 872 rural revitalization). The number of recruits will be more favorable to key counties in rural revitalization. The objects of recruitment are graduates born on or after May 31, 1994, with college degree or above (including graduates in 2024).

The standard of working and living allowance for "three supports and one support" personnel during their service period shall be determined according to the salary income level of the staff newly employed by local township institutions from college graduates after their probation period, and they shall participate in local social insurance. If they pass the assessment after the service period, they can enjoy relevant preferential policies in terms of applying for the office and public institution staff, assessment and recruitment as public institution staff, applying for the master's degree, participating in the professional title assessment and self employment and entrepreneurship.

This exam is all registered online, without on-site registration, free of registration fees, no guidance books are designated, and no exam guidance training class is held or entrusted to any organization.
