Mud removal, sun withering, low temperature drying, concentrated sweating, spreading and drying, warehousing... A set of processes has completed the initial processing of this authentic Sichuan medicine.

"Each kilogram of Chuanxiong that we bake can cost farmers 2 or 3 yuan more!" Liu Chuan, head of the technology department, told reporters at the primary processing site of Sichuan New Green Digital Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. that the baking equipment used by the company, while combining traditional baking methods, uses modern low-temperature technology to bake at 55 ℃, It not only greatly saves farmers' time and cost, but also ensures the quality of baked Chuanxiong and increases farmers' income.

Aoping Town, Pengzhou City, has a history of nearly a hundred years of planting Chuanxiong. Since the 1960s, it has become the largest commercial planting base of Chuanxiong in China. In recent years, the planting area of local ligusticum chuanxiong has reached nearly 40000 mu, the total output is about 12000 tons, and the output value of the whole industrial chain is nearly 500 million yuan.
