Ding Xiaozhen, male, Han nationality, born in February 1973, 48 years old, started work in August 1996 and joined the Party in December 1999. He graduated from an in-service university majoring in journalism at Heilongjiang University. He is now the deputy director of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Cadre Supervision Office of the Supervision Commission of the Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection, and a first-class researcher. He is proposed to be the leader of the provincial organs at the level of deputy department.
Wang Xingzhu, male, Han nationality, born in January 1970, 51 years old, joined the Party in July 1992, joined the Party in June 1996, graduated from Northeast Petroleum University as an on-the-job postgraduate majoring in petroleum and natural gas engineering, and is currently a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Heihe Municipal Committee and vice mayor, secretary of the Party Working Committee and director of the management committee of Heihe District of China (Heilongjiang) Pilot Free Trade Zone. He is proposed to be recommended as a candidate for mayor of prefecture level cities.
Liu Dayong, male, Han nationality, was born in January 1967, 54 years old. He joined the Party in September 1987 and joined the Party in May 1986. He graduated from the economic management major of the Provincial Party School. He is currently the director of the Development and Reform Commission of Qiqihar City, the secretary of the Party Leadership Group, and a first-class researcher. He is proposed to be recommended as the candidate for vice mayor of the prefecture level city.
Liu Chunyan, male, Han nationality, was born in January 1968, 53 years old. He joined the Party in July 1992 and joined the Party in December 1990. He graduated from Northeast Agricultural University as an on-the-job postgraduate majoring in clinical veterinary medicine. He is a doctor of agronomy and a researcher. He is currently a member of the Party Leadership Group of the Provincial Market Supervision Administration, the director and secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the Provincial Intellectual Property Office. He is proposed to be the leader of the provincial public institutions at the hall level.
Sun Heng, male, Han nationality, born in December 1971, 49 years old, started work in July 1994 and joined the Party in December 1991. He graduated from Harbin Normal University majoring in Chinese language and literature education. He is now the vice mayor of Qiqihar City and is proposed to be a member of the standing committee of the municipal party committee.
Li Bin, male, Han nationality, was born in February 1964, 57 years old. He joined the Party in November 1980 and joined the Party in January 1983. He graduated from the economic management major of the Party School of the Provincial Party Committee. He is currently the director of Mudanjiang City Administration and Law Enforcement Bureau, the secretary of the Party Leadership Group, and a first-class researcher. He is proposed to be recommended as the candidate for deputy director of the standing committee of the municipal people's congress.
Li Jinlong, male, Han nationality, was born in January 1967, 54 years old. He joined the Party in July 1987 and joined the Party in August 1995. He graduated from the economic management major of the Party School of the Provincial Party Committee. He is now a member of the Party Leadership Group, the Secretary General, the second level inspector of the Greater Khingan Mountains Administrative Office, and is proposed to be the deputy commissioner of the Administrative Office.
Li Hongguo, male, Han nationality, was born in September 1965, 55 years old. He joined the Party in July 1987 and joined the Party in April 1985. He graduated from Peking University majoring in international communist movement. He is now the Deputy Secretary and Mayor of Hegang Municipal Party Committee and is proposed to be the Secretary of the Party Committee of the prefecture level city.
Chen Yu, female, Han nationality, born in May 1975, 46 years old, started working in July 1998 and joined the Party in April 1994. She graduated from Harbin Normal University as an on-the-job postgraduate majoring in educational economy and management, with a master's degree in education and an associate professor. She is currently the curator of the Provincial Mass Art Museum and is proposed to be the chief executive of provincial higher vocational colleges.
Chen Zhinan, a Han nationality, was born in January 1971. He was 50 years old. He joined the Party in September 1989 and joined the Party in June 1993. He graduated from the Economic Management Major of the Party School of the Provincial Party Committee. Now he is the secretary of the CPC Committee of Taoshan District, Qitaihe City and a second level inspector. He is proposed to be recommended as a candidate for vice mayor of a prefecture level city.
Chen Hong, male, Han nationality, was born in August 1966, 54 years old. He joined the Party in September 1989 and joined the Party in March 1986. He graduated from Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an on-the-job postgraduate majoring in clinical basis of traditional Chinese medicine. He is a doctor of medicine, professor, and chief physician. He is currently the secretary of the Party Committee and president of the First Hospital of Qiqihar City, and is proposed to be a deputy department level leader of provincial institutions.
Shang Tiequan, male, Han nationality, born in January 1979, 42 years old, started work in July 2002 and joined the Party in June 2007. He graduated from Heilongjiang University majoring in administration. He is now the director of the Information Department of the Propaganda Department of the Provincial Party Committee and is proposed to be a deputy department level leader of provincial organs.
Lang Fengqi, male, Han nationality, born in October 1965, 55 years old, started work in April 1983, joined the Party in October 1993, graduated from an in-service university majoring in law at Liaoning Institute of Technology, and is currently a member of the Party Leadership Group, Secretary General, and Second level Inspector of Shuangyashan Municipal Government. He is proposed to be recommended as a candidate for Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress at the prefecture level.
Fang Limin, female, Han nationality, born in January 1979, 42 years old, started work in October 2002, joined the Party in December 2000, graduated from Heilongjiang University majoring in economic law, is currently the Secretary General of the Provincial Federation of Overseas Chinese, and is proposed to be the deputy department level leader of the provincial mass organization.
Jiang Lei, male, Han nationality, was born in November 1965, 55 years old. He joined the Party in July 1988, graduated from the law major of Jilin University in June 1992, and is now the director of the Law Enforcement Supervision Division of the Political and Legal Affairs Commission of the provincial party committee, a first-class researcher. He is proposed to be recommended as the candidate for the chief procurator of the prefecture level municipal procuratorates.

He is now a second level inspector of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, and is proposed to be a deputy department level leader of provincial organs.
