During the publicity week, various activities were carried out to spread the concept of intellectual property, creating a good atmosphere for promoting the transformation and application of intellectual property and helping to promote high-quality development.

High quality development needs to be driven by innovation, and protecting intellectual property rights means protecting innovation. The Outline of Building a Powerful Intellectual Property Country (2021-2035) proposes that by 2035, the construction of a powerful intellectual property country will have achieved remarkable results, intellectual property protection will be more strict, and social satisfaction will reach and maintain a high level. To achieve the goal, we still need to make continuous efforts in the aspects of intellectual property law protection, management system, service system, etc., to provide a good environment for building a strong intellectual property country.

We will strengthen the legal protection of intellectual property rights and form a basic system to support comprehensive innovation. The promotion of the legalization level of intellectual property work is the institutional guarantee for innovative development. Only by maintaining fair competition can we fully stimulate the innovative vitality of business entities and all kinds of talents. In recent years, China's judicial protection system of intellectual property rights has been constantly improved, and law enforcement has continued to increase. However, there are still many problems, such as frequent infringement, long rights protection cycle and high cost, low infringement compensation, and difficult proof. We must further improve the intellectual property protection system, and protect the social atmosphere of active innovation.

We will improve the public service system for intellectual property, and promote innovation to better benefit the people. The project of inclusive public services for intellectual property was launched, and the number of national public service outlets for intellectual property information reached 197; The public service system for intellectual property data resources was launched, with 59 kinds of open data and 18 special databases; There are more than 80000 intellectual property service institutions and nearly one million employees across the country... A series of data reflects that China's intellectual property public services are moving towards wider coverage, better service and better experience. Practice has proved that effective use of information technology to improve the efficiency of intellectual property public services is of great significance to stimulate innovation and create a standardized and orderly market environment.

Promote the construction of the humanistic social environment for intellectual property rights, and provide strong support for further forming a good social atmosphere of respecting knowledge, protecting innovation. On the one hand, we should focus on guiding enterprises to consciously fulfill their social responsibilities to respect and protect intellectual property, and promote the high-quality development of intellectual property. On the other hand, it is necessary to vigorously spread the cultural concept of intellectual property, increase the popularization of common sense, create publicity brands, enhance the cultural awareness of intellectual property of the public, and foster a humanistic and social environment for innovation and development.

In 2023, China's social satisfaction with intellectual property protection will rise to 82.04 points, a new high. This fully shows that the protection of intellectual property rights has been widely recognized by the society. With the cooperation of law enforcement departments, judicial organs, business entities, industry organizations and the public, the quality of intellectual property creation will continue to improve steadily, and the transformation and application will accelerate, providing more powerful support for promoting high-quality development.
