On the morning of June 15, the kindling of the Hangzhou Asian Games was successfully collected at the Liangzhu site. The Hangzhou Asian Games ushered in a 100 day countdown to the opening. At present, Chinese sports athletes are preparing for the Paris Olympic Games and making full efforts to sprint. They are looking forward to showing their style on the highest competitive stage in Asia and winning glory for their country.

The Hangzhou Asian Games will open on September 23. This is the largest and highest level international comprehensive sports event held in China after the victory of the 20th CPC National Congress. It is of great significance to pay worldwide attention. At present, 45 national and regional Olympic Committees in Asia have all signed up. The Chinese sports delegation will also send more than 900 athletes representing China's highest level to participate. At the top of Asian sports, Chinese athletes will work hard to achieve good results.

To strive for success, we need to polish the team against the clock and pay attention to details. This Asian Games has determined the project setup of 40 major events, 61 subdivisions and 483 minor events. Whether it's the "three big balls", swimming, track and field, sailing, windsurfing, etc., every player in each team is in full swing and preparing for the battle scientifically. There is no end to breakthrough until the last moment. In the 100 day countdown period, Chinese athletes should be steady. In the scientific preparation plan, they should train against the clock and focus on the details.

To work hard and strive for good results, we need to make new contributions to the traditional advantageous events, and take the Hangzhou Asian Games as a rare "test" before the Paris Olympic Games. Events such as weightlifting, diving, gymnastics, table tennis, badminton and so on have always been the traditional advantages of Chinese athletes. In these areas, we should be more confident and confident, constantly explore and debug, and make the players' mental outlook and line-up stable and excellent. The Hangzhou Asian Games is also regarded by many as a "high school entrance exam", which will prepare for the Paris Olympic Games. We will continue to strive for new achievements in traditional advantageous projects, constantly improve our competitiveness in basic major events and potential excellent projects, refine our team, check and fill gaps, and accumulate vigorous strength for next year's Paris Olympic Games.

To strive for success, we may also remember the original intention of this Hangzhou Asian Games - "All Asian Games, build and share". From the 1990 Beijing Asian Games to the 2010 Guangzhou Asian Games, we came to Hangzhou Asian Games this year. In more than 30 years, China's comprehensive national strength, the concept of hosting competitions, the public's understanding of competitive sports itself, etc., have undergone profound changes. I believe that as long as we stand on the field, there is no athlete who does not aspire to be the best and win the gold medal. Although good results are shining, what is more important is the sports spirit of striving hard and never giving up, and the upward pursuit of constantly challenging and surpassing your own limits.

The Hangzhou Asian Games is the home of Chinese athletes. At the 100 day countdown, we expect Chinese athletes to believe in themselves, believe in the team, and work hard to prepare for the fight, so as to show a new style in a better state, break through a new self, and create a new history.
