On August 12, the theoretical learning center group of the Party Leadership Group of the autonomous region government held the 8th collective learning meeting in 2021 on the basis of thematic learning, to re learn and re understand the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's "July 1" important speech, and carry out discussions and exchanges around the implementation of learning. Wang Lixia, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Autonomous Region, Acting Chairman of the Autonomous Region, and Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the Autonomous Region Government, presided over the collective learning meeting and delivered a speech. The members of the Party Leadership Group of the Autonomous Region Government discussed and exchanged speeches in turn.
The meeting pointed out that studying, publicizing and implementing the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's "July 1" important speech is a major political task for the current and future period. We should deeply understand the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's "July 1" important speech, take a clear stand in politics, adhere to the centralized and unified leadership of the Party, and reflect the "two safeguards" in strengthening theoretical armed forces, concrete actions, and daily words and deeds, and always remain loyal to the Party.
The meeting stressed that the new development concept should be fully, accurately and comprehensively implemented. In accordance with the strategic positioning and action program set by General Secretary Xi Jinping and the CPC Central Committee for Inner Mongolia, we should unswervingly take a new high-quality development path oriented by ecological priority and green development, and more effectively accelerate the construction of "two barriers", "two bases" and "one bridgehead".
The meeting stressed that we should keep in mind the fundamental purpose of the Party and fully implement the people centred development thought. Adhere to the principle of putting the people first, rely on the people, constantly benefit the people, firmly rooted in the people, and strive to solve the problem of people's "difficulties and anxieties" to meet the people's new expectations for a better life.
The meeting stressed that we should resolutely respond to the great call of the CPC Central Committee and inherit and carry forward the great spirit of party building. The great spirit of Party building is reflected in the specific actions of doing pioneering work, consolidating and developing the overall situation of national unity, and carefully protecting the lofty honor of "Model Autonomous Region".
The meeting also conducted further research and deployment on the implementation of the spirit of the meeting of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the CPC on July 30 and the deployment requirements of the 14th Plenary Session of the 10th CPC Committee of the Autonomous Region. The meeting required that the members of the government team should strengthen their political responsibilities and implement the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee. We should adhere to the problem oriented approach and focus on implementation, take pragmatic measures to solve the problems that affect the high-quality development of Inner Mongolia, and focus on adjusting the structure, transferring functions and improving quality. We should focus on ensuring people's livelihood, do a good job in employment, education, social security, medical care, housing, old-age care, child care and other aspects of work, so that the development achievements will benefit people of all ethnic groups in the region more and more equitably. It is necessary to make overall plans for development and implement safety, conscientiously do a good job in safe production, food and drug safety, comprehensive management of social security, disaster prevention and reduction, and do a good job of "external prevention input, internal prevention rebound" of the epidemic. We need to improve our work style and focus on implementation, resolutely tackle formalism and bureaucracy, promote the whole district government system to be realistic and pragmatic, and work hard.
