Recently, the Ministry of Education released a letter from the Department of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education on the announcement of the final acceptance results of research projects related to the construction of teaching organization and teaching development system for college teachers in 2023, Dai Shenghua, the head of the virtual teaching and research section of the rail transit signal and control specialty of the Ministry of Education in the School of Intelligence of Beijing Jiaotong University, presided over the "research on the teacher's teaching and research system for the new specialty of the virtual teaching and research section", which was rated as excellent. In 2023, the Ministry of Education set up 52 research projects, 43 of which passed the final acceptance, and only 9 of which were "excellent".
