Sign in and reject

1、 Goods receipt:

After you receive the product and accept it, confirm that the product name, model, quantity and other information are correct. At the same time, the package of the product is in good condition, and the product has no surface quality problems such as scratches and damages. Please sign at the customer's signature confirmation place on the delivery note and send it back to Shanghai Changwei. The signature of you or the consignee you entrusted represents that you have confirmed that the receipt information is correct, and Shanghai Changwei has the right not to accept the request for return or replacement on this basis.

If the product is delivered by EMS, if you find that the outer package of the product is damaged, please indicate "damaged outer package" on the receipt sheet, record the EMS sheet number, and feed back to the staff of Shanghai Changwei Customer Service Center.

After you sign for it, if the product has quality problems, please contact Shanghai Changwei Customer Service Center in time. The customer service personnel will help you deal with it in a timely manner. 2、 Rejection of goods:

When you receive the product and find that the product has surface quality problems after acceptance, please point out to the delivery personnel, reject the defective product on the spot, and indicate on the receipt. Please contact Shanghai Changwei Customer Service Center in time to help you solve the problem.
