In early summer, a brigade of the 82nd Army Group organized a small special professional training assessment. As soon as the results of the satellite professional assessment were announced, the coaches formulated the next training plan for Song Hao, a sergeant in the specialty, in view of the lost points project. This is a microcosm of the brigade's efforts to improve the quality and efficiency of professional training for small and special talents.

In the first two years, when the brigade organized small and special professional training, the training quality and efficiency were not high, and the coaches' ability of group training and teaching was weak. The travel agency went deep into the grass-roots investigation and found that the small and special majors have the characteristics of high professional requirements and great difficulty in organizing training, and the usual training is prone to weak training, missed training, partial training and other situations.

"The combat capability of the force system can be improved only by training and refining the small and special specialties." Leaders of the brigade introduced that in order to improve the quality and efficiency of the training of the small and special specialties, they broke the organizational barriers, reorganized the officers and soldiers of different specialties according to their age structure, ability level, etc., formulated training plans tailored to the needs of the small and special specialties, and solidly organized the specialized training of the small and special specialties; Build a multi-functional training room, make overall use of training resources, and constantly improve the teaching and training ability of coaches.

Last year, a group of aviation model professionals with high professional skills and strong teaching ability retired from the brigade. Due to the high technical difficulty and long talent training period of this specialty, the backbone team is "out of touch".

At the training situation analysis meeting held at the beginning of this year, He Wencai, the third level sergeant chief of the brigade, proposed that friendly and neighboring units have training grounds and a group of excellent coaches, and they could consider jointly carrying out small special professional training. Brigade leaders immediately adopted this suggestion. After the meeting, they actively communicated and coordinated with friendly and neighboring units, established a joint teaching and training mechanism, sent excellent coaches to cross teach, and regularly organized experience exchange, jointly carried out problem tackling, realized resource sharing and complementary advantages, and significantly improved the teaching effect of small and special professional group training.

After the implementation of the joint education and training mechanism, many officers and soldiers of the brigade have gradually grown into professional backbones. Not long ago, the model professional officers and soldiers of the brigade participated in major support tasks and successfully completed the tasks with excellent professional ability, which was praised by the superior.

In order to further shorten the talent training cycle, the brigade changed the talent training mode, adopted a combination of "inviting in and going out", invited college experts to come to the team to coach, select professional seedlings and train with the factory, so as to build a strong professional talent team from the source; Establish a mechanism of job rotation training, vigorously promote the training of one expert with multiple abilities and one person with multiple posts, and cultivate a group of compound talents; In combination with the job gap and personal will, we accurately plan the growth path for the officers and soldiers to ensure that the professional talents are constantly cultivated and the backbone is constantly cultivated.

The brigade accused that the professionals were scattered and the professional abilities of officers and soldiers were uneven. After the implementation of the shift training mechanism, officers and soldiers have gradually grown into professional backbones with one specialty and many abilities through professional intensive training in different posts. Li Xiaodong, a newly elected soldier of Jin, mastered several key and difficult subjects of the accusation specialty through hard training during the shift training, and grew into a young backbone with excellent professional skills.

In a phased assessment recently organized by the brigade, the overall performance of several small and special specialties has improved significantly. The leaders of the brigade said that they would continue to optimize the methods of group training and teaching and the mode of talent training, and constantly strengthen the large and special professional backbone teams.
