After the implementation of the joint education and training mechanism, many officers and soldiers of the brigade have gradually grown into professional backbones. Not long ago, the model professional officers and soldiers of the brigade participated in major support tasks and successfully completed the tasks with excellent professional ability, which was praised by the superior.

In order to further shorten the talent training cycle, the brigade changed the talent training mode, adopted a combination of "inviting in and going out", invited college experts to come to the team to coach, select professional seedlings and train with the factory, so as to build a strong professional talent team from the source; Establish a mechanism of job rotation training, vigorously promote the training of one expert with multiple abilities and one person with multiple posts, and cultivate a group of compound talents; In combination with the job gap and personal will, we accurately plan the growth path for the officers and soldiers to ensure that the professional talents are constantly cultivated and the backbone is constantly cultivated.

The brigade accused that the professionals were scattered and the professional abilities of officers and soldiers were uneven. After the implementation of the shift training mechanism, officers and soldiers have gradually grown into professional backbones with one specialty and many abilities through professional intensive training in different posts.
