On April 10, the "Anadolu" was officially listed in the Turkish navy. Turkey, a military heavy weapon, has strengthened the strength of the Turkish navy. Its advanced concepts and new forms of combat have also attracted global attention. The manufacture of the world's first UAV aircraft carrier "Anadolu" marks that Turkey's unmanned weapon equipment technology is moving to a new level. The Turkish navy hopes that this ship can become the core of the future fleet, command the active tank landing boats and vehicle landing boats, and jointly undertake the naval landing force projection and assault tasks; At the same time, the Turkish side also hopes that it will become the core of the blue ocean navy and form a combat formation with large destroyers, air defense frigates and other ships under development to provide a powerful anti submarine and air defense umbrella for the formation.

"Anadolu" is 231 meters long, 32 meters wide, has a displacement of more than 27000 tons, a range of 9000 nautical miles, and can reach a speed of at least 2.5 knots, about 38 km/h. The flight deck covers an area of 5440 square meters and is equipped with 6 helicopter takeoff and landing points. Its deck can accommodate 10 attack helicopters and 11 attack UAVs at the same time. In addition, the hangar of the aircraft carrier can accommodate 30 UAVs and 19 helicopters, making the ship capable of light aircraft carrier operations. At the same time, the ship has amphibious attack ship combat capability. The dock hold at the stern of the ship can accommodate two air cushion landing boats or four mechanized landing boats. The two garage decks can carry amphibious assault vehicles, main battle tanks, various types of armored vehicles, etc., and can carry up to 94 combat vehicles.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan attended the service ceremony of the light aircraft carrier, spoke highly of the "Anadolu", and pointed out that the ship was the first giant ship in the world to support the largest helicopter takeoff and landing. He called it "UCAV aircraft carrier", that is, UAV aircraft carrier. Erdogan said that the "flagship" TB3 UAV, the "Red Apple" stealth UAV and the "Freedom" light fighter produced by Turkey can take off and land on the "Anadolu", which will enable the Turkish army to carry out military and humanitarian operations around the world.

After its service, the "Anadolu" amphibious assault ship can not only be used in the Mediterranean Sea and the Black Sea, but also enter the Red Sea and the Persian Gulf when necessary. Although the "Anadolu" aircraft carrier is a conventional combat weapon, it is generally believed that if it can be delivered to the Navy and the carrier aircraft can be fully equipped, its combat effectiveness will be no less than that of the French "De Gaulle" aircraft carrier.

With the support of the rapidly deployable and expandable headquarters "Anadolu", the Turkish navy has become one of the only countries in NATO that can plan and implement a whole range of joint maritime operations, which also means that the Turkish navy will assume more important responsibilities in the NATO Rapid Response Force and further improve Turkey's position in NATO. It can be predicted that the overseas combat capability of the Turkish navy will be greatly enhanced, and Turkey's status as a regional power will be further enhanced.

Nowadays, with the intensification of the arms race in various countries, the speed of the application and transformation of high and new technologies in the military continues to rise. The rapid transformation from theory to production practice has promoted the explosive improvement of military science and technology in various countries. It can be seen from the example of the "Anadolu" that in today's world, the ability to transform theoretical knowledge into production practice will not only affect a country's military and defense forces, but also increase the uncertainty of future wars and affect the form and pattern of future wars.
