At the same time, some hidden dangers and persistent diseases, especially those that seem to have been solved but have not been cured, still make people feel worried and feel "formalism". As one netizen left a message on the "Leaders' Message Board" of People's Daily Online, there is nothing wrong with security issues, and there is no room for omission. Security screening should not be carried out without any trace, and then "look back" after the tragedy.

Since January 1 this year, there have been nearly 5000 safety production messages on the "Leaders' Message Board". When people in many places raised questions, they sincerely hoped that the relevant departments would strictly implement them, thoroughly investigate the hidden dangers and catch them to the end. Guarding the fire safety and preventing the fire from not burning is the key

According to the statistics of the National Fire Rescue Bureau, 21000 electric bicycle fires were reported nationwide in 2023, an increase of 17.4% compared with 2022. Among them, 80% of electric bicycle fires occur when charging. 90% of the casualties caused by electric bicycle fires occurred in the lobby, corridors and stairwells. In order to prevent problems before they occur, we must play a good "first hand" game, that is, we must strive to eliminate the potential safety hazards such as electric vehicle charging in the home and private flying line charging.

"There is no shed in Beijingwan Community, and residents' electric bicycles are charged upstairs by elevators. Recently, related accidents have occurred frequently, and leaders are expected to help solve this problem." Recently, people in Dongping County, Tai'an, Shandong Province left a message on the "Leaders' Message Board", hoping to curb the phenomenon of electric bicycles charging in households. Later, the Dongping County Real Estate Management Service Center of Tai'an City replied that 9 car sheds had been built on the basis of soliciting the owner's opinions. People in Huanggu District, Shenyang, Liaoning also reported through the "Leaders Message Board" that the owners of Poly Xihu Linyu Community had privately pulled wires to charge electric bicycles. The local reply said that the fire police had told the owner that it was prohibited to charge the electricity by wire flicking in violation of regulations, and also warned the property manager to strengthen inspection and patrol.

However, on March 20, when the reporter visited the people who left messages about the two cases mentioned above, he learned that the problems of Beijing Bay Community and Poly Lake Linyu Community had not been solved. "The garage is under construction. In fact, there are charging piles downstairs, but some residents still push carts upstairs. I think the root cause is that property management is not in place." "The fire police came once, and now some owners put away the lines during the day, and then secretly pull them out for charging at night, and even the wires suspended from the sixth floor. It's no use looking for anyone anyway. They say they're not in charge. They hide until something happens. When there's a fire, someone will be in charge. "

In addition to the potential safety hazards of electric bicycle charging, the fire fighting access is blocked, and the fire fighting supporting facilities are missing, aging and even "dormant".

At the beginning of January, people in Hualong District, Puyang, Henan Province left a message that "Lijing Shangpin Phase III elevator often fails to operate, the fire water pipe is frozen and damaged, and the indoor smoke detector does not work. The above problems have been fed back to the property management for many times without results, which seriously affects the normal life, and the relevant departments are requested to coordinate and solve them." Safety inspection should be a solid barrier to ensure the safety of people's lives and property, but in some places and fields, formalistic safety inspection has been repeatedly prohibited. It may be easy to deal with business affairs in a perfunctory manner for a while, but it is more likely to be hurt by the "boomerang" in the future.

"The seal on the fire hydrant cabinet in the corridor of Rongbaohua Shopping Mall was in September 2020, which has not been torn or replaced for several years, indicating that it has not been opened for inspection and verification, and the date of the notice of fire inspection pasted outside the fire hydrant cabinet is February 2024." On March 9, the crowd in Nanning, Guangxi, reflected on the "Leaders' Message Board" that the inspection of fire equipment was not in place. Later, the Management Committee of Nanning National Economic and Technological Development Zone explained that this was a "misunderstanding": the seal was made of self-adhesive adhesive and could be used repeatedly. Normal life of residents affected by elevator failure and unauthorized building

On January 6, people in Qianshan District, Anshan, Liaoning Province, reported that "the elevator in Datang Jiayuan (South) Community has passed the maintenance period and has broken three times in ten days. Each time, the elevator broke down soon after it was repaired, and we hope that the relevant departments can carefully recheck it." Four days later, the secretary of the Qianshan District Party Committee of Anshan City replied that the property management had organized the first time to recheck and repair the elevator. In addition, the elevator had been applied for inspection on December 20, 2023, and the special inspection institute inspected the elevator on January 12, 2024, and it was found to be qualified. The masses praised the staff for their conscientious and meticulous work attitude.

People in Xinghualing District of Taiyuan, Shanxi Province, also encountered frequent elevator failures. On January 27, people left messages reflecting that since the delivery of the house in May last year, the second phase elevator of Red Star Purple Royal Mid mountain has frequently experienced water leakage, lighting damage, shutdown and other failures. The property has been maintained for many times, but the elevator failure rate is getting higher and higher. In response, the office of Taiyuan Municipal People's Government said that the maintenance unit would check and maintain the elevator as soon as possible after it stopped, and start the operation after ensuring safety. In addition to elevator failure, wall cracking and unauthorized building are also the "urgent problems" complained by the masses. In May 2023, people in Shanzhou District, Sanmenxia, Henan Province, complained to the "leaders message board" about the safety of the housing structure. At the beginning of August of that year, the Supervision Bureau of the CPC Shanzhou District Committee and the People's Government replied that the developers were raising funds and would start the reinforcement project as soon as they arrived. However, as of March 20, 2024, the public feedback that the crack has not been repaired, "asking means that the developer has no money to repair it, and now there are few people in the sales office. I am busy working and I have not continued to complain."

Eight months later, when the reporter returned in March this year, the masses said that the current situation was worse than when he left a message. "After the complaint, the owners stopped working, but later no one managed to continue to build. Now the basements of people have been built and moved in, and many owners have followed suit."

The key to implementing safety production responsibility lies in clarifying the responsible subject

"The investigation results of some major accidents show that when safety production involves multiple functional departments, there is often a situation of overlapping responsibilities of responsible units, which increases the complexity and difficulty of management."
