4、 Submission requirements

1. Text materials of selected cases shall include the following elements:

(1) Practice and process;

(2) Effectiveness and response;

(3) Discussion and comment;

(4) Appendix to important information.

2. In conjunction with the text, please also provide 5 pictures and relevant video materials related to the case.

5、 Activity flow

Online solicitation period:

From June 10 to September 31, 2020, the participating units will submit case materials through the mailbox;

Case selection period:

From October 9 to October 16, the local channels of People's Daily Online organized experts from local colleges and universities to comment on the cases in a centralized way, select the innovation cases of the province (no more than 10 in each province), and publicize them for 7 working days.

From October 19 to October 30, the People's Daily Online organized experts from relevant central ministries and universities to form a jury to make concentrated comments on the cases selected by provinces, select national innovation cases, and publicize them for 7 working days. In case of fraud or other improper means, the candidate will be disqualified.

VI Communication report

People's Daily will produce special topics for full media coverage, push them through PC, APP, WeChat, Weibo and other platforms, and carry out relevant topic exchanges on new media platforms; Local channels of People's Daily Online will push relevant articles or reports.
