On the morning of September 14, the Nanjing Municipal Government held a press conference to introduce the 2023 China Nanjing Golden Autumn Economic and Trade Fair (hereinafter referred to as "the Fair"). It is reported that the CIFIT will be held in Nanjing from September 19 to 25. The conference has prepared more than 30 events, including the opening ceremony of the conference and the digital economy forum, 2023 global trade in services conference and other key events.
As an important platform for promoting Nanjing's high-quality development achievements and opportunities, attracting and gathering global resource elements, and promoting cross regional coordinated development of the industrial chain innovation chain, the Fair has been held for 33 consecutive times. The theme of this conference is "a golden autumn agreement to win the future", focusing on the goal and task of building Nanjing into a strong industrial city, focusing on demonstrating Nanjing's confidence in gathering global resources with a more open attitude, and promoting high-quality economic and social development with more pragmatic measures. The main venue of the conference is located in the Nanjing International Expo Convention Center, and the opening ceremony was held on the morning of September 20. During the event, relevant departments of Nanjing, Jiangbei New Area and various sectors will hold a series of activities such as theme promotion, project signing, forum discussion, industry docking and project negotiation.
Up to now, Nanjing has invited more than 4000 guests to participate in various activities of the conference, including provincial and municipal leaders, officials of some foreign embassies and consulates in Shanghai, well-known experts and scholars in key industries, as well as heads of Fortune 500, multinational companies and foreign-invested enterprises, large state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, unicorn or gazelle enterprises, science and technology research and development institutions Representatives of innovation and entrepreneurship teams, representatives of foreign investment and trade promotion institutions, financial institutions, overseas Chinese and overseas Chinese groups, etc.

As one of the key activities of this conference, the 2023 Global Conference on Trade in Services will be held in Nanjing from September 20 to 22. The conference will invite experts and scholars in the field of service trade and executives of well-known domestic and foreign service trade enterprises to share topics such as "digital trade technology development and digital transformation of the service industry", "digital trade helps Chinese brands go abroad", and the Research Institute of the Ministry of Commerce will also release the Global Service Trade Development Index Report 2023. During the event, a digital trade international cooperation docking fair will be held, which will last until the end of September.
