People's Daily Online, Nanjing, August 19 (Ma Xiaobo) On August 19, People's Daily Online learned from Huai'an Emergency Management Bureau that at about 8:00 on August 16, a fall accident occurred at the construction site of Huai'an Ginkgo Forest Ecological Agriculture Development Co., Ltd. in Huai'an National Agricultural Science and Technology Park, Jiangsu, causing one death. Huai'an Safety Committee Office decided to supervise the investigation and handling of general production safety accidents caused by "August 16" falling from height in Huaiyin District.

According to the "Notice on the Implementation of Listing Supervision for General Production Safety Accidents Caused by" August 16 "Falling from Heights in Huaiyin District" issued by the Huai'an Municipal Safety Commission Office, the Huaiyin District Government needs to find out the cause of the accident within 30 days from the date of receiving the notice of listing supervision, identify the responsibility for the accident, and put forward suggestions for handling the responsible unit and person in accordance with the law and regulations in a strict and speedy manner; Prepare an accident investigation report (including a special chapter on technical and management issues, a summary of emergency disposal work, and the implementation of the "three responsibilities"), and submit a written report to the Office of the Municipal Safety Committee. After the Office of the Municipal Safety Committee reviews and agrees, it will approve the closure of the accident and publish the handling on the mainstream media.
