I hope the leader will send people to the site to see, and thank the leader for solving this problem for thousands of people." The netizen wrote in the message.

After receiving the message, Songyuan Performance Appraisal Service Center immediately instructed Songyuan Chuncheng Heating Co., Ltd. to investigate and verify the problems reflected by netizens, and immediately feedback the handling results to netizens on the spot.

It is reported that the heat supply temperature is low because the return water valve of 12 valve wells in the community where the netizen lives has not been opened. The staff of the heating company has completed the maintenance and restored normal heat supply. According to the field measurement by the staff, the temperature of the day reached 20.5 degrees. During the follow-up visit, netizen Mr. Zhang said that he bought a thermometer to measure at home, and now the temperature can reach about 24 degrees every day. The room is very warm.
