On the morning of May 31, Jiang Wei, vice president of Jilin Provincial Judge Training College, Guo Yue, head of the Academic Affairs Department, and Bai Fengzhuo, a staff member of the Academic Affairs Department, led a delegation to Nanguan Court to investigate and discuss education and training. Gao Jin, member of the Party Leadership Group of Nanguan Court, director of the Political Department, and policemen from relevant departments attended the symposium.

Jiang Wei introduced that this research mainly focused on the main situations and prominent problems in strengthening the education and training of court teams, improving the quality and ability of court teams, and hoped to comprehensively understand the opinions and suggestions of front-line police officers on education and training through this research, so as to set up more scientific and reasonable training courses and training content.

In order to ensure the research effect, the Nanguan Court selected police representatives with high quality from the Criminal Trial Division, the Administrative Trial Division (the Comprehensive Trial Division), the Second Civil Trial Division, the Executive Bureau, the Trial Management Office (the Research Office), and the General Office to participate in the symposium, including judges, judge assistants, judicial administrators, and clerks.

At the symposium, the members of the research group and the staff present had face-to-face exchanges. On the basis of extensive collection of department opinions, the participating police officers put forward their own ideas for training needs and practical difficulties. In terms of communication mechanism, police representatives proposed whether to establish a regular demand feedback mechanism to facilitate front-line police to put forward training needs anytime and anywhere. In terms of teaching methods, police representatives hope to organize more offline short-term centralized training and provide training handouts; In terms of teaching content, police representatives want to participate in more political theory training, integrity education training, model education training, as well as the guiding role of trial business training, personnel training, news publicity training, network security training, etc., and hope that the higher courts will give the basic courts more opportunities to "go global" learning; In terms of training objects, the police representative suggested organizing targeted training for different types of personnel, such as newly appointed judges, judge assistants and clerks.

At the end of the investigation, Jiang Wei expressed his gratitude to the Nanguan Court for carefully organizing the investigation. She pointed out that the opinions and suggestions put forward by the participating police officers are very valuable. After returning, she will sort out the opinions and suggestions collected from this symposium, improve the education and training plan according to the opinions and suggestions, improve the professional and theoretical research level of the majority of police officers, and promote the development of the court team to a higher quality.
