The newly formulated Changchun Preschool Education Regulations and Changchun State owned Land Housing Acquisition and Compensation Regulations will be implemented on July 1; The revised Regulations of Changchun City on the Administration of Dog Raising will come into force on August 1. The promulgation of the three regulations is of great significance for promoting the healthy development of pre-school education, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of people whose houses have been expropriated, and further improving the level of urban management and public services.
