At 10:51 on July 3, China successfully sent five satellites, including four Jilin 1 satellites, into the scheduled orbit with the Long March IID carrier rocket at Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center, and the launch mission was a complete success.

This mission carried and launched Inner Mongolia No.1 satellite, "XRS" satellite and two "Jilin No.1" high score 03D satellites developed by Changguang Satellite Technology Co., Ltd. This mission is the 13th launch of "Jilin No.1" satellite project.

The reporter learned from Changguang Satellite Technology Co., Ltd. that Inner Mongolia No.1 Satellite is the largest sub meter optical remote sensing satellite in the world at present, which is independently developed by Changguang Satellite Technology Co., Ltd. This satellite fully inherits the mature technology of "Jilin No.1" wide 01A satellite, and has the characteristics of high resolution, super large width, high-speed storage, high-speed data transmission, etc. The satellite can play a role in natural resource survey, ecological environment monitoring, urban construction, disaster prevention and mitigation and other fields, and provide high-quality remote sensing information services for government and industry users.

Inner Mongolia No.1 Satellite is the product of deep cooperation between the People's Government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Changguang Satellite Technology Co., Ltd. The People's Government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region plans to establish the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Satellite Application Technology Center to meet the needs of satellite remote sensing data in various industries. This series of satellites is a batch product of Changguang Satellite Technology Co., Ltd. Through the use of lightweight structural design, highly integrated electronic systems, high-resolution ultra lightweight low-cost cameras and other innovative technologies, The satellite has the characteristics of low cost, low power consumption, low weight and high resolution.

After the four "Jilin No.1" satellites launched this time are put into orbit, they will be networked with 25 "Jilin No.1" satellites in orbit. So far, the number of "Jilin No.1" satellites in orbit has increased to 29, which can achieve 9-11 revisits to any place in the world every day, greatly improving the ground object resolution, shooting coverage and rapid response capabilities of "Jilin No.1" constellation, It will provide more abundant remote sensing images and data products for the government and industry users, and promote remote sensing services to the mass market.
