Hong Kong will hold "Doraemon" theme exhibition

Xinhua News Agency, Hong Kong, May 23 (Reporter Xie Niu) Hong Kong will hold a large-scale "Doraemon" theme exhibition - "100% Doraemon&FRIENDS" tour special exhibition (Hong Kong) in July. On the evening of May 25, the organizer will hold a UAV show in Tsim Sha Tsui to warm up the exhibition.

It is reported that the whole performance will last about 15 minutes, and about 1000 UAVs will display the theme pattern of "Doraemon" over the Tsim Sha Tsui beach. In addition to showing dynamic patterns, the performance also invited Hong Kong dubbers to show classic clips through dialogue. In addition, the organizer will hold a flash event on the lawn of Zhongshan Memorial Park that morning, and take the lead in exhibiting some exhibits, including the 12m high inflatable sculpture of "Doraemon" and more than 60 "Doraemon" sculptures.

The "Doraemon" themed exhibition held since July 13 is one of the grand events in Hong Kong in the second half of 2024. To commemorate the 90th birthday of Fujiko F. Fujitsuo, the author of "Doraemon" and a Japanese cartoonist, the exhibition will present the "Doraemon" world of cartoons, animation and films in various ways.

According to the sponsor, Hong Kong is the first stop of this world tour exhibition and hopes to attract more tourists to Hong Kong through the exhibition.

The exhibition is divided into free and paid exhibition areas. Tickets will be sold on May 25.
