The Notice of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange on Further Optimizing the Management of Trade Foreign Exchange Business (Hui Fa [2024] No. 11) (hereinafter referred to as the Notice) has been officially implemented. The first content of the Notice is to optimize the management of foreign trade enterprise directory registration. The way of handling the "List of Trade Foreign Exchange Receipts and Payments Enterprises" shall be approved by the SAFE and adjusted to be handled directly by banks. After the implementation of the new policy, Liupanshui Branch of Postal Savings Bank responded positively and successfully handled the registration of the first trade foreign exchange revenue and expenditure enterprises in Liupanshui for foreign trade enterprises under its jurisdiction, so that foreign trade enterprises really felt the dividends of the new policy.

When learning that a goods import and export foreign trade enterprise within the jurisdiction has not yet registered in the enterprise directory, Liupanshui Branch of Postal Savings Bank immediately organized a quick response, and Panzhou Branch within the jurisdiction immediately went into the enterprise directory to publicize the new policy of registration, and the bank can directly handle the directory registration for it. On June 4, under the guidance of the Liupanshui Branch of the Foreign Exchange Bureau and the provincial branch, the company successfully handled the registration of the directory of foreign exchange receipts and payments enterprises. This is also the first registration of foreign exchange receipts and payments enterprises in trade handled by Liupanshui Foreign Exchange Bank after the implementation of the new policy of enterprise directory registration.

Next, Liupanshui Branch of Postal Savings Bank will continue to make overall plans to promote convenience and prevent risks, strengthen foreign exchange policy publicity and business guidance, spare no effort to do a good job in the business of enterprise directory registration, continue to supervise the outlets within the jurisdiction to improve the service level of foreign exchange business, ensure that foreign trade enterprises should know all policies and enjoy all, and help the high-quality development of Liupanshui's foreign-related economy.
