Guiyang, May 23 (Reporter Huang Xian) Recently, Guizhou issued the Special Action Plan for Fire Protection Construction of Connected Villages of More than 50 Rural Wooden Houses in Guizhou Province (hereinafter referred to as the "Plan"), which clearly defined the focus on the implementation of "water reform", "electricity reform" of contiguous villages of more than 50 rural wooden houses, and promoted "village reform", "housing reform", "kitchen reform" and "road reform" in combination with the actual organization, We will accelerate efforts to improve rural fire infrastructure.
The Plan has formulated specific objectives and tasks in two years (2024 and 2025), requiring that the fire protection construction of 2148 contiguous villages with more than 50 rural wooden houses in the province should refer to the Technical Guide for "Water Reform" and "Electricity Reform" of contiguous villages with more than 50 rural wooden houses in Guizhou Province (Trial), and 889 "water reform" and 1259 "electricity reform" should be implemented.
The Plan requires "water reform" to build a fire water supply system in combination with human drinking water project and water conservancy construction. The main construction contents include building fire water sources, laying fire pipe networks, installing outdoor fire hydrants, setting fire hose reels or portable fire hoses, and configuring hand-held fire pumps, hose guns, fire extinguishers and other fire-fighting facilities or equipment, Set up micro fire station, etc.
The Plan requires that the "electricity reform" should take electrical fire protection measures when removing, replacing, insulating, threading, insulating, and grounding the old, exposed, and improperly installed electrical lines, distribution facilities, and electrical equipment in villages. Fully consider the power demand of the masses, power load and other factors, reasonably design and reconstruct the outdated electrical equipment, lines and lighting appliances in the villagers' houses (after entering the household electricity meter), install and lay them in strict accordance with the relevant standards and specifications, and the color of the line casing selected in the transformation should be consistent with the architectural style.
The Plan emphasizes to actively explore rural intelligent fire protection construction in combination with rural reality. Make full use of scientific and technological means, use big data to carry out real-time monitoring of rural power consumption, and achieve the organic integration of civil air defense, physical defense, and technical defense through monitoring and management of fire hazard parameters, so as to improve the level of rural fire safety.
