Since January this year, the Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau of Gui'an New Area has innovatively carried out the activity of "director following the process". The heads of government service departments changed their identities, went to the scene to experience the whole process of government service handling, deeply understood the problems and shortcomings in the business process in various forms such as "personally handling" and "accompanying handling", and put forward suggestions for improvement of the problems found in the process.

At present, Gui'an New Area has completed the first batch of centralized high-frequency approval services and Guiyang social affairs work special class government affairs services.
