The Municipal People's Government decides:

She Nian is the Director of the Port Office of Guiyang Municipal Government;

Liu Yang will be the Deputy Director of the Port Office of Guiyang Municipal Government;

Tang Rong will be the Deputy Director of the Port Office of Guiyang Municipal Government;

Shi Jing will be the Deputy Director of the Port Office of Guiyang Municipal Government;

Han Liyun is the director of the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of Guiyang Municipal Government;

Yang Liu will be the Deputy Director of the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of Guiyang Municipal Government;

Li Ping is the Deputy Director of the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of Guiyang Municipal Government;

Liu Song will be the Deputy Director of the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of Guiyang Municipal Government;

Xie Mei is the Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of Guiyang Huaxi Cultural Tourism Innovation Zone (one year's probation);

Deng Yanxu is the Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of Guizhou Qingzhen Economic Development Zone (one year's probation);

Liu Qiang was appointed Director of the Management Committee of Guizhou Xifeng Economic Development Zone;

Zhu Zhiqiang was appointed Director of the Industrial Development Bureau (Big Data Development Bureau) of Guiyang National High tech Industrial Development Zone;

Zeng Haiyin was appointed as Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Guiyang Economic and Technological Development Zone (one year's probation);

Chen Zhongyu is the director of the Government Affairs Service Center of Guiyang Comprehensive Bonded Zone (one year's probation);

Chen Yin is the director of Xiuwen County Park Construction Service Center;

He Chengdong was appointed Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Guizhou Xifeng Economic Development Zone (one year's probation);

Zhang Zhaozhi was appointed Director of the Finance Bureau of Guiyang Economic and Technological Development Zone (one year's probation);

Kang Rongfu is the director of the Land and Mineral Reserve Center of Guizhou Shuanglong Airport Economic Zone (one year's probation);

Lu Chaokun will be the Deputy Director of Guiyang Emergency Management Bureau;

Luo Chuang is the director of the Urban Rail Transit Department of Guiyang Vocational and Technical College (one year's probation);

Luo Yuanhong is the editorial director of the Journal of Guiyang Polytechnic (one year's probation).

Exemption:

Xie Baohua served as Deputy Director of Guiyang Financial Work Office;

Long Xianhong is the leader of Guiyang Labor Security Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Detachment;

Chen Yan is the leader of Guiyang Water Administration Supervision Detachment;

Xiao Kang took the post of leader of Guiyang Agricultural Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Detachment;

Zuo Qianrong is the leader of Guiyang Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Detachment for Emergency Management;

Shen Xiaofang is the leader of Guiyang Comprehensive Market Supervision Law Enforcement Detachment;

Director of Xiuwen County Park Construction Service Center appointed by Zhu Zhiqiang;

Huang Yajun holds the post of Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of Guiyang Huaxi Cultural Tourism Innovation Zone;

Liu Hua is the director of the Government Affairs Service Center of Guiyang Municipal People's Government;

Deputy Director of Qingzhen Vocational Education City Management Committee appointed by Comrade Chen Jun;

Li Kun, President of Guiyang Second People's Hospital;

Hou Danmei took the post of head of Guiyang Peking Opera Troupe.

The Municipal People's Government agrees:

Recommend Tong Chuan as the candidate for Deputy General Manager of Guiyang Urban Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd;

It is suggested that Wang Qiansheng should no longer serve as the Deputy General Manager of Guiyang Agricultural Reclamation Investment Development Group Co., Ltd.

The Municipal People's Government decides:

Comrade Zhou Long is officially appointed as the Deputy Director of the General Office of Guiyang Municipal People's Government, with the term of office beginning from March 2023;

Yang Yungui is officially appointed as the Deputy Director of Guiyang Municipal Ethnic and Religious Affairs Committee, with the term of office starting from March 2023;

Long Hai was formally appointed as the Deputy Director of Guiyang Public Health Rescue Center, with the term of office beginning from March 2023.
