Recently, a netizen in Zunyi, Guizhou, left a message on the message board of the local leaders of People's Daily Online saying that the beautiful Chengbu Yuntian in Xinpu New District, Zunyi, was set up for the second time in violation of regulations. After verification by the Natural Resources Bureau of Xinpu New District, Zunyi City, the netizen reported that the "illegal construction" was true.

Through investigation, it was found that No. S6-1-13 (Buyuntian Restaurant), Midicheng District A, Yili Street, Xinpu New Area, without obtaining the construction project planning permit, built buildings (structures) on the top of shops at No. S6-1-13, Midicheng District A, suspected of illegal construction.

The Natural Resources Bureau of Xinpu New Area came to the scene to stop on January 18 and 22, and issued the Notice of Ordering to Stop the Illegal Act to the party concerned. On January 19, it sent a letter to the District Rectification Office, and on January 24, it sent a letter to the District Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau.

On February 19, the Natural Resources Bureau of Xinpu New Area, together with the staff of Yili Sub district Office and Shawan Community, went to Midea Chengbu Yuntian Restaurant again for on-site review, and publicized the laws and regulations related to illegal construction to the person in charge of the restaurant, but the restaurant still refused to stop its illegal behavior.

According to the relevant provisions of Article 54 of the Administrative Penalty Law of the People's Republic of China, the Natural Resources Bureau of Xinpu New Area filed a case on March 5 against the illegal construction of S6-1-13 (Buyuntian Restaurant) in the top of the shops in Zone A of Midea City. At present, the case is under investigation.

Next, the Natural Resources Bureau of Xinpu New Area will make a decision on administrative punishment within 90 days in strict accordance with the time limit for handling cases as stipulated in Article 60 of the Administrative Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China.
