It is understood that Quanhu Park, located in Baiyun District, Guiyang City, is one of the 27 "City of Thousands of Parks" demonstration parks in Guiyang City, with a total area of about 1080 mu, including 205 mu of water area and 750 mu of green area. Relying on the cultural and natural landscapes such as Yunshan, Gushan, Kongshan, Quanhu, the park has cloud buildings, lake scenery, waterscape, wetland, sewage treatment, landscape avenue Landscaping and other projects. It was approved as a national AAAA scenic spot in 2019.

Spring Lake Park is the opening work of "Poetic White Cloud · Seven Volumes in Cloud" created by Baiyun District, integrating ecological culture, folk culture and modern science and technology, to build a city park that represents the city's cultural image, carries leisure and entertainment, sports and fitness, green ecology, cultural tourism and other functions.
