Minle County is located at the northern foot of Qilian Mountain. The unique natural conditions and the nourishment of Qilian Mountain ice and snow melt water have created the unique qualities of local purple garlic, such as large garlic, thick garlic juice, high allicin, cold resistance, and strong sterilization effect. In recent years, Minle County has promoted the development of purple garlic planting in the direction of scale, science and industrialization through policy support and project driving. The planting area of purple garlic has stabilized at about 30000 mu, and has explored a road that conforms to reality and promotes farmers' income.
