The works can be expressed in three ways: text, photography and DV. Netizens can choose their own style of creation.
writings 1. The works should be authentic, reflect the theme of the competition, have a healthy purpose and vivid content. 2. There is no limit on style and number of words. 3. Copying of works is strictly prohibited, and the author is responsible for his own work.
Picture works 1. The image format is JPEG, and the size does not exceed 200K 2. The entries must be original, and the style, theme and location of the entries are not limited. The content of the entries must be authentic and conform to the theme of the competition. 3. The number of works submitted by each group shall not exceed 8. 4. The candidate must keep the original information of the picture, and the work was shot after July 2007. 4. Copying of works is strictly prohibited, and the author is responsible for his own work.
Video works 1. The entries must be original, and the style, theme and location of the entries are not limited. The content of the entries must be authentic and conform to the theme of the competition. It shall not be the content of programs that have been broadcast publicly in TV stations, but it may be partially based on public video materials for creative editing and production. 2. The size of submitted video works shall not exceed 200MB. 3. Copying of works is strictly prohibited, and the author is responsible for his own work.
