This occupation has three vocational skill levels, namely: senior engineer of level three, technician of level two and senior technician of level one. The relevant person in charge of the Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau said that the number of senior workers at the third level in the first phase was 120. Since the number of applicants is more than 600, the organizer will carry out training and grade identification by stages and batches according to the situation.

After obtaining the vocational skill certificate, the ability assessor for the elderly can apply for the corresponding witness subsidy for skill improvement in the human resources and social security department according to the policy, and the third level senior worker is 1500 yuan/certificate; At the same time, it can also apply to the competent department of the relevant industry and be included in the management of the appraiser talent pool after being reviewed and approved.
