On October 12, 2021, Wuyishan National Park was officially established. In order to protect Wuyishan National Park and promote the harmonious coexistence of man and nature, Nanping City, Fujian Province creatively proposed to build a protection and development belt around Wuyishan National Park. With the red line of the national park as the baseline, 4252 square kilometers of coordinated protection area and integrated development area are demarcated outside the 1001.41 square kilometers of national park, with the "outer circle" of the ring belt Better protect the "inner circle" of the national park, better maintain the authenticity and integrity of the natural ecosystem and prevent the "islanding" of the national park through the coordination between the inner circle and the outer circle. The ring covers 4 counties (cities and districts) and 31 towns (streets) in Wuyishan, Jianyang, Shaowu and Guangze. No. 1 Scenic Road around Wuyishan National Park is a landmark project of Wuyishan National Park protection and development belt. It passes through Wuyishan City, Jianyang District, 11 townships and 40 villages, and connects nearly 60 "punch points", such as Yanzike, Qinglong Waterfall, Zhu Zilin, Kaoting Academy, Jianzhan Cultural and Creative Park. 4、 Solicitation content

1. Natural scenery: display the unique natural scenery and good animal and plant ecology within the protection and development belt of Wuyishan National Park;

2. Humanities and history: display the cultural and historical landscape, characteristic cultural heritage, etc. within the protection and development belt of Wuyishan National Park and the counties, cities and towns along the line;

3. Small stories: show the positive changes brought by the construction of the Belt and Road to towns, villages and residents along the line in the form of small stories, and reflect the improvement of people's sense of gain, happiness and security.

5、 Solicitors

Individuals or teams interested in short video production nationwide and voluntarily complying with all requirements of this solicitation activity. If the contestants have multiple videos with different themes, multiple submissions are allowed.

6、 Review method

1. Review criteria

Content theme (30%): the content is positive, healthy and lively, with certain dissemination and promotion value;

Innovation and creativity (20%): unique taste, novel shooting angle and refreshing feeling;

Coherent structure (20%): closely related to the theme, smooth plot, in line with the characteristics of the times, highlighting the ring style;

Production technology (20%): clear picture, smooth transition, clear and reasonable subtitle dubbing and music;

Compliance with the rules (10%): whether the entries comply with the rules of the competition, including the length of short video, the inscription, and whether the application materials are submitted completely.

2. Review method

The first, second and third prizes and excellent awards were awarded according to the ranking of the total scores through expert evaluation and scoring. At the same time, the top 50 excellent works were shown on the theme of "Walking around the Belt, Finding Beauty" short video contest around Wuyishan National Park Protection and Development Belt.

7、 Award setting

One first prize: 5000 yuan and award certificate;

Two second prize winners: 2000 yuan and certificate of award;

Three third prize winners: 1000 yuan and certificate of award;

Ten excellent awards: 500 yuan and award certificates.

8、 Requirements for collection of works

1. Solicitation criteria

(1) Format: MP4, WMV, MOV, AVI, FLV, MPEG.

(2) Length: 30 seconds to 180 seconds.

(3) There are no restrictions on shooting techniques and equipment, both horizontal and vertical screens. The subtitles are in simplified Chinese, without corner marks, desk marks, watermarks or logos;

(4) Resolution of works: the horizontal resolution shall not be less than 1920 × 1080 (16:9), and the vertical resolution shall not be less than 1080 × 1920 (9:16). If you are shooting with a mobile phone, please adjust it to the highest resolution;

(5) Add the LOGO of Wuyishan National Park No. 1 Scenic Road in the upper left corner of the video on the horizontal or vertical screen (see the QR code 1 at the end of the text for details);

(6) Bit rate: the output bit rate of the work shall not be less than 100M, and the player shall play clearly in full screen mode;

(7) Entries need to be published on social media platforms (such as WeChat, Weibo, Tiao Yin, Little Red Book, etc.). You can select one or more platforms to publish, and take the topic # Walk around, find beauty. The release link needs to be attached to the application form.

2. Detailed rules for solicitation

(1) Contestants are obliged to ensure that the entries they provide are original and enjoy complete and exclusive copyright. Plagiarism and plagiarism are strictly prohibited (award-winning works cannot participate in the competition). The legal responsibilities involved shall be borne by the contestants themselves. In case of infringement and legal dispute, the organizer has the right to disqualify the contestants from participating in the evaluation or winning the prize;

(2) The ownership of the works belongs to the entrants, and the organizers have the right to copy the works in the form, to communicate on the Internet, to exhibit and to compile the works as needed, without paying any additional remuneration;

(3) Entries will not be returned after submission. Entrants should make backup in advance;

(4) The final interpretation of the event belongs to the sponsor.

9、 Work submission requirements

1. Entries can be submitted in the name of individuals or organizations. Organizations can submit multiple entries in a unified manner. Relevant information must be completed.

2. The entries shall be submitted in electronic format, and an electronic folder shall be established separately. The folder contains relevant materials, including:

(1) Entries (name format of the electronic folder where the works are located and the electronic version of the works: "Name of Works - name of submitting institution/name of individual");

(3) A vertical 1080 × 1920 (9:16) exhibition cover shall be provided for both horizontal and vertical screen shooting;
