The Notice clearly stated that, in view of the characteristics of seasonal foods such as moon cakes during the Mid Autumn Festival, we should strengthen the supervision of production process, increase the frequency of supervision and inspection of bulk food production enterprises, and compact the main responsibilities of enterprises; Focus on key units, places and business types, strengthen food safety risk screening and comprehensive treatment of hidden dangers in business links, and strictly prevent food safety accidents; It is necessary to organize special supervision and sampling inspection of hot selling food on festivals, dispose unqualified food in time when found, and effectively prevent and control risks; We should crack down on violations of laws and regulations strictly and quickly, increase the exposure of cases, and form an effective deterrent; Promptly issue holiday related food safety consumption tips, actively accept and handle consumer complaints and reports, and effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of consumers; We should do a good job of on duty duty and emergency handling during festivals, resolutely prevent small risks from becoming major problems, and make every effort to ensure the food safety of the people.
