People's Daily Online, Beijing, May 17 (Reporter Liu Yingying) The symposium on "Research on the Cultivation Mechanism of Top notch Vocal Music Talents in the New Era" sponsored by the Theoretical Research Office of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles and the Central Conservatory of Music was held in the Central Conservatory of Music on May 16. Guests from China Oriental Performing Arts Group, China National Symphony Orchestra, Central Opera House, Tianjin Symphony Orchestra, Central Academy of Drama, China Conservatory of Music, Shanghai Conservatory of Music, Xi'an Conservatory of Music, Zhejiang Conservatory of Music, Northeast Normal University Conservatory of Music and other units attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the research group of "Research on the Cultivation Mechanism of Top Vocal Music Talents in the New Era" reported the thinking and experience in promoting the research, and led the students to report and display the phased achievements of the research through the form of "Music Ability Training Course" and "Experimental Field of Vocal Music and Performance". At the symposium, we discussed the objectives, tasks, curriculum, skills training, evaluation criteria, etc. of the cultivation of China's top vocal talents in the new era, and agreed that the cultivation of top vocal talents needs to be aligned with the strategy of strengthening the cultural and educational power of the Party and the country, and to meet the needs of society, with higher standards, more scientific methods, and a broader vision, Break the barriers of curriculum and classroom, integrate professional core skills such as solfeggio, vocal music and performance into teaching, focus on improving students' cultural accomplishment and aesthetic level through stage practice, and promote them to have strong artistic thinking ability and stage performance control ability.

Participants also visited the Instrument Exhibition Hall of the Central Conservatory of Music and the Intangible Cultural Heritage Courtyard.
