People's Daily, Beijing, December 28 (Reporter Guo Guanhua) On December 27, the fourth "Light and Shadow China" honor ceremony jointly hosted by People's Daily and China Film Association was held in Beijing People's Daily. Zhang Yisong, the general manager of Beijing Television Arts Center Co., Ltd., shared his suggestions on the growth of young directors in the sub forum of "Building a strong film country, industrialization and promoting film industry upgrading". He proposed that realistic themes, real emotions and practical production are important factors for the success of young directors' works.

Zhang Yisong said that in recent years, many young directors have achieved success in the field of film and television. These works are usually based on realistic themes, with true feelings and close to the pulse of the times. "However, young directors often face challenges in the process of realizing their dreams. They are often difficult to balance in the pursuit of production size, emotional complexity and social experience." Zhang Yisong believes that young directors need to treat each film project more realistically and constantly improve their professional quality and organizational ability.

In addition, Zhang Yisong said that the improvement of the quality of employees in the film industry has further promoted the development of China's film industrialization. Zhang Yisong said, "With the improvement of education level and the popularization of professional training, the professional quality of grassroots and mid-level film practitioners is gradually improving. The progress of China's film industry cannot be separated from the joint efforts of the entire industry."
