People's Daily Online, Beijing, April 15 (Reporter Yang Yubo) Recently, the Department of Network Audio visual Program Management of the State Administration of Radio and Television and the Publishing Bureau of the Propaganda Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China issued a notice that, according to the Law on the Protection of Minors and relevant regulations on online live broadcasting, online games, etc., it is proposed to strengthen the management of live games on online audio visual program platforms.

The notice clearly forbids online audio-visual platforms to spread illegal games. All kinds of online audio-visual programs, such as online TV dramas, online variety shows, online live broadcasts, short videos, etc., are not allowed to broadcast online games that have not been approved by the competent department, and they are not allowed to channel illegal game content on various platforms through live broadcast rooms or other forms.

The notice pointed out that the broadcast management of live game content should be strengthened. All online live broadcast platforms, especially the game live broadcast platform, should strictly control the content setting, publicity and interaction, strengthen the management of online game live broadcast programs, effectively control the guidance, content and publicity, establish and improve the information release, post comments, emergency disposal and other management systems related to the game live broadcast programs, and improve the program monitoring and public opinion monitoring mechanism.

The notice requires to strengthen the guidance of game anchors' behavioral norms. All platforms should guide the anchors and users to interact with each other in a civilized manner, express rationally and consume reasonably, so as to jointly maintain a civilized and healthy network audio-visual ecological environment. The network anchor should adhere to a healthy style and taste, consciously abandon the vulgar, vulgar, kitsch and other low-grade tastes, consciously oppose the flow of supremacy, deformed aesthetics, "food circle" chaos, money worship and other undesirable phenomena, and consciously resist acts that undermine network civilization, violate network ethics, and harm network harmony.

The notice pointed out that it is necessary to urge the online live broadcast platform to establish and implement a juvenile protection mechanism. Guide and urge all live game platforms or online platforms that carry out live games to set up an anti addiction mechanism for minors, take effective measures to ensure that the "youth model" plays its practical role, implement the requirements of the real name system, prohibit minors from recharging and rewarding, and establish special disposal channels for minors to reward and return.

The notice is clear, and it is strictly prohibited for illegal and immoral personnel to use live broadcast to make voice and appear on the camera. The webcast platform should strictly check the selection of anchors and guests, and adhere to the selection criteria of political quality, moral character, artistic standards and social evaluation. We will never use immoral and anomie personnel who have incorrect political positions, violate laws and regulations, and violate public order and good customs.
