In order to make people at home and abroad better understand the Sanxingdui culture, the Information Office of the State Council, the State Administration of Cultural Heritage and the People's Government of Sichuan Province jointly held the theme activity of "Walk into Sanxingdui and Understand Chinese Civilization" at the Sanxingdui Museum in Guanghan, Deyang, Sichuan Province. Sanxingdui culture is an important part of Chinese civilization and a common treasure of human civilization. By the end of May, more than 1000 important cultural relics, including gold, jade, bronze and ivory, had been unearthed from six "sacrificial pits" newly discovered in Sanxingdui. Among them, the bronze top statue, silk, ivory carvings, mysterious wooden boxes painted with cinnabar and other cultural relics were first found in the Sanxingdui site.

UNESCO, the International Research Center for the Protection and Restoration of Cultural Heritage, the National Archaeological Museum of Greece, Mexico's Chichen Itza Site Museum and others sent congratulatory videos to congratulate China on its major archaeological discoveries. They believed that the unearthed cultural relics were grand and spectacular, demonstrating the diversity and similarity of the world's ancient civilizations, and promoting cultural exchanges and cooperation between China and other countries.
