People's Daily Online, Beijing, June 14 (Reporter Sun Jing) Recently, the launching ceremony of the first Beijing Tianjin Hebei University Ideological and Political Work Innovation and Development Forum and the seminar on "post-2005 college students' precise portrait enabling high-quality ideological and political education" were held in Beijing.

Wang Jiaqiong, secretary of the Party Committee of Beijing Jiaotong University and director of the Research Center for Ideological and Political Work of Beijing Universities, said that this year marks the tenth anniversary of the proposed coordinated development strategy of Beijing Tianjin Hebei. As the main force to promote the coordinated development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei education, universities play an important role in the process of "building a pilot and demonstration area for Chinese style modernization". The university will adhere to the principle of basing itself on Beijing Serve Beijing Tianjin Hebei, anchor the functional orientation of high-level research platform, further strengthen the construction of ideological and political center, and strive to contribute more to ideological and political work in colleges and universities.

Wang Dapin, Deputy Secretary of the Education Working Committee of the Beijing Municipal Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Research Center for Ideological and Political Work in Beijing Universities, put forward three suggestions for the innovative development of ideological and political work in Beijing Tianjin Hebei universities: First, focus on difficulties and strengthen joint research and discussion. It is suggested that the three cities hold academic forums on a regular basis to jointly tackle and solve problems and promote theoretical and practical innovation in ideological and political work. The second is to highlight advantages and strengthen resource sharing. Use the resources of "big ideological and political courses" to gather advantages, give play to the advantages of digital technology, and create more immersive teaching scenes. The third is to grasp the key to help the team grow. We should constantly expand the team of experts, gather the backbone of ideological and political work, hold high-level academic seminars and scientific research training activities, create more conditions and build more platforms for the professional and expert growth of the work team.

Wang Wenwen, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Beijing Jiaotong University, and Deputy Director of the Research Center for Ideological and Political Work of Beijing Universities, introduced the founding background, overall situation and working ideas of the "Beijing Tianjin Hebei University Ideological and Political Work Innovation and Development Forum". She said that in the future, the forum will focus on the theoretical and practical issues of ideological and political work in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei universities to carry out academic discussions, closely unite the ideological and political work front forces in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei universities to tackle difficult problems, and spare no effort to build a three-dimensional chemical exchange platform and a humanistic team growth platform shared by Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
