The reporter learned from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on May 10 that the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and others recently issued the Notice on Implementing the Action of Advanced Manufacturing Industry to Promote Employment (hereinafter referred to as the "Notice") to further support the development of advanced manufacturing industry, stabilize and expand employment capacity, and improve employment quality.

The Notice requires to establish a service docking mechanism for advanced manufacturing enterprises, and actively promote the provision of employment and entrepreneurship, social security, talent support, labor relations and other policy services. Advanced manufacturing enterprises will be included in the employment service guarantee scope of key enterprises, and online and offline labor consultation, recruitment information release and employment guidance will be strengthened.

The Notice clearly states that it will strengthen the supply of technical and skilled talents for advanced manufacturing enterprises, implement projects such as the excellent engineer firewood plan and the cultivation of digital technical engineers, support enterprises to build a technical education alliance (group), and independently carry out the identification of vocational skill levels. Expand the talent development space of advanced manufacturing enterprises, support the establishment of a "green channel" or "through train" for professional title evaluation, and guide enterprises to establish a wage distribution system that reflects the characteristics of technical and skilled talents.
