Recently, the Measures for Information Disclosure of Charitable Organizations issued by the Ministry of Civil Affairs came into effect, stipulating that charitable organizations should make public donations, major asset changes and investments, major exchange transactions and capital exchanges. At the same time, the Ministry of Civil Affairs will highlight three key points of supervision and punishment when carrying out the special governance of dishonesty in charitable donations: first, organizations or individuals who do not have the qualification for public donation conduct public donation, cheat and induce the donation objects to donate by fabricating facts; Second, charitable organizations use the donations in violation of laws and regulations; Third, it is illegal and dishonest in online donation. This is a powerful measure launched by the civil affairs department to improve the management of charitable organizations and strengthen the governance of dishonesty in charitable donations.
