At the same time, our criminal law has long been involved in crimes against food safety. However, in recent years, the situation of food safety is still very serious, and serious malignant cases have occurred from time to time. Three major problems have been solved:

First, it solved the crime of endangering food safety, how to apply it specifically, criminal punishment, and established the criteria for conviction and sentencing of related crimes.
