The most suitable temperature for growth and reproduction and toxin production is 18~30 ℃, but it is sensitive to heat. It can disinfect in 1 minute at 100 ℃. The botulinum toxin in the milk powder may come from the pipeline that is not thoroughly disinfected, the contaminated milk source, and all links of storage and transportation, which is pending further confirmation. Botulinum toxin produced by botulinum toxin is a neurotoxin, which can cut off the conduction of nerve to muscle, that is, it can block the innervation of nerve to muscle. Many people use it for beauty, such as removing crow's feet, wrinkles around the eyes, etc. The symptoms of botulinum toxin poisoning, the toxin produced by botulinum toxin ingested by human body, are generally nausea, vomiting, blurred vision, ptosis (difficulty in opening eyes), dysphagia, and nervous paralysis of general fatigue. 3、 Treat milk powder correctly

（4） Call on relevant departments to strengthen the scope and intensity of detection to prevent such incidents from happening again.
