Two methods, see if you are "fat inside"

How do you know if you are thin outside and fat inside? First of all, if your BMI is normal, don't be happy. It's safest to measure your waistline.

Measure the waist circumference. If the male waist circumference is greater than or equal to 90cm, the female waist circumference is greater than or equal to 85cm.

The waist circumference measurement method is also particular. The feet are 30-40 cm apart. Use a tape measure at the midpoint of the line connecting the upper edge of the right midaxillary line hip and the lower edge of the twelfth rib, and horizontally circle the abdomen.

Another algorithm is to measure the proportion. If the ratio of your waist circumference divided by your height is between 0.4 and 0.5, congratulations. Your figure is OK.
