This is the true aspiration of Baiyun Pavilion when it abandoned discipline teaching to take a full-time job in psychological education in 2003, It is also the basic principle that she has worked hard for so many years. Based on reality, focusing on the future, focusing on growth, and making good use of resources are the basic ideas for the design and implementation of Baiyunge mental health education curriculum. Baiyun Pavilion told reporters that graduates often return to their alma mater to visit teachers. As long as time permits, she will invite them to have a discussion with the students. At the beginning of September, Zhang Yining, an outstanding student of 2008 who was going to study in the United States and returned to his alma mater to visit the teacher, was invited to the class to give a lively youth inspirational lesson to the freshmen in senior high school. The students were deeply encouraged. Now, a series of thematic courses, such as school adaptation, team building, interpersonal relationships, adolescent education, have become an indispensable spiritual feast for every second middle school student for three years of high school. The group psychological counseling class, which lasts two hours every month, has also become the favorite of freshmen in senior high school.
"Psychological counseling not only improves children's emotional state, but also their perspective and values of looking at problems and the world," said Baiyunge. He has been engaged in psychological counseling for 12 years. In order to better provide sustainable help to the people seeking help, Baiyunge has written consulting notes in a timely manner, and has also provided individual psychological counseling or assistance to the students and families of the whole school through telephone, network, mail, letters, interviews and other forms. Over the past 12 years, Baiyun Pavilion has provided more than 2000 person times of individual counseling for students, parents and teachers, and has written more than 2 million words of psychological counseling notes. In November 2007, Baiyun Pavilion created the first Qing'ai hut of the Qing'ai project "White Rock Pine" in China. It systematically implemented AIDS prevention and control education, sexual and mental health education, charity awareness cultivation and other work for young people, opening a new chapter of life education in the city's No. 2 Middle School. In August 2011, the "Qing'ai Project Air Alliance" was officially established, led by Qing'ai Hut of the Second Middle School of the city, and co built by 24 Qing'ai Huts of large, primary and secondary schools across 10 provinces, 16 cities across the country.
