        The promotion of the Youth Love Project is inseparable from the full support of leaders at all levels and the love resources from all walks of life. The connotation development of Youth Love education and its roots in the campus are inseparable from the love input and professional guidance of cabin teachers. Since its establishment in August 2011, the Air Alliance of the Youth Love Project has carried out a series of special training on youth love education through QQ group case discussion, special training on online video courses, private communication on QQ, telephone communication, network resource sharing, ground training and communication and other forms. The professional ability of cabin teachers has been significantly improved. This national teacher training activity of the Air Alliance of the Youth Love Project, undertaken by Meicun High School, is not only a high-level professional teacher training, but also an academic exchange opportunity for the Alliance House to make a collective appearance at the symposium. It comes from Inner Mongolia, Liaoning, Chongqing, Shandong, Jiangsu, Jiangxi, Shaanxi, Hainan, Heilongjiang More than 50 leaders in charge of more than 20 Qingai huts in 16 cities in 10 provinces, including Guangdong, and dedicated teachers of the huts came to Wuxi to participate in training and exchange activities. The training received good results. The whole training activity was hosted by the founder of the first Qing'ai hut in China, the chief expert of the Qing'ai Project Air Alliance and the chief executive of the project, Baiyun Pavilion.
